AN Vietnamese Cuisine, at 1133 Carp Road, Stittsville is a favourite for delicious reasons.

The authentic menu, prepared by owner Cuong Tran’s mother-in-law, Head Chef Ann Lu, is full of flavour and affordable for casual family dining.

It’s totally fresh, tasty and healthy dishes with very little or no additives such as MSG.

This high quality restaurant features Vietnamese famous beef noodles – called Ph — and a variety of other Vietnamese noodle soups, Thai stir fry dishes, a sushi bar and more.

With 20 appetizers on the menu, it’s fun to pick and choose to try a few different dishes. From traditional in-house spring rolls to shrimp, curry beef, quail and tuna, there are so many tempting appetizers that you can easily combine them to be a great lunch or dinner!

Any of the mouth-watering soups can be served as vegetarian or with shrimp, chicken, beef or pork.

For an interesting variation, try Banh Hoi, the ‘roll your own’ rice wrap that you invent to suit your taste.

Served with a variety of fresh herbs, fine vermicelli, mango, green apple, salad, cucumber, been sprouts, crushed peanuts and a choice of sauce, you can select up to three meats from a list of eight to make a sumptuous meal to suit your particular taste.

The licensed restaurant is open Tuesday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 12 noon – 9 p.m.
