We offer confidential counselling based on respect for your perspectives, confidence that each person has the ability to progress, and belief that counselling can support healing and insights for discovery and empowerment.
Michelle A. Bentley and Kim Maillet have the training and experience to work with individuals, couples, children, teens and families. You have the reassurance of knowing we have Master's Degrees in counselling and are Certified Canadian Counsellors, and our fees are covered by many extended health care plans. We are familiar with a variety of counselling approaches so can tailor counselling to meet your particular needs. We also offer mental health presentations for groups at low or no cost. Our office is offers free parking and bussing at the doorstep.
